These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the R6 Stratbook website and web application (the "Service"), operated by Cameron Burkholder ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing the Service, or clicking "I agree," you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. We do not knowingly permit children under 13 to create accounts. If we discover that an account was created by a user under 13, we will terminate that account and delete associated data.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at legal@r6stratbook.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You may maintain only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent access restrictions or bans is prohibited.
You retain ownership of the Content you create using the Service, including strategy documents, canvas drawings, notes, and descriptions ("Your Content"). These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights from you to us.
By submitting or creating Content through the Service, you grant R6 Stratbook a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, display, serve, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service. This license ends when you delete the Content or your account, subject to reasonable data retention periods.

R6 Stratbook is an independent fan community tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ubisoft Entertainment SA or any of its subsidiaries.
Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege, operator names, map names, gadget names, and related game assets are trademarks and copyrighted works of Ubisoft Entertainment SA. Their use on this platform is for community, informational, and strategic planning purposes. R6 Stratbook does not claim any ownership of Ubisoft's intellectual property.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT ANY ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL R6 STRATBOOK, ITS OWNER, OR ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED $50.00 USD.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from your account settings or by contacting us.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 3.1, 5, 6, 7, 9, and 10 of these Terms survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@r6stratbook.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days of receiving your notice.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page and notify you by email at the address associated with your account at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Minor changes (such as clarifications that do not affect your rights) may take effect immediately upon posting.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service before they take effect.
